VERY DISAPPOINTED in quality and response by cuisinart! These pots are only 3 months old. The pots should be black on the outside but after minimal use they are grey and feel like a chalkboard! The inside coating is coming off after minimal use. Used the correct utensils as to not scratch the coating but obviously the coating still doesn’t hold up. Called cuisinart they told me there was not much I could do about. Warranty is only for inside peeling. Referred me to email pictures but haven’t heard from anyone yet. DONT BUY! Better off w/cheaper brand they last longer.

Nice, I’m using it now, not as heavy duty as I would have like for the price.

We are still using this item and we bought it a while back. It is our workhorse in the kitchen. We primarily use it with another metal basket for steaming broccoli, but it can be used for pasta, soups and much more. You can turn the lid to allow it to vent and keep the temperature from climbing too fast and prevent boil overs. You can keep the lid set to prevent venting and bring items up to temperature much quicker saving electricity and energy on an electric stovetop. It cleans easily and fits in our cupboard easily as well. It has been a great addition to our kitchen!

Very poor Quality. Not sharp and they come defective. My pink plastic handle came split. Not worth the money. Unfortunately I’ll probably be throwing these knives out in a month. They’re not even worth $10 bucks! All across really poor quality.

Order placed June 24th and received the item on June 27th - this product was not supposed to arrive until July 2nd. Extremely fast delivery! The packaging could have been better - it was ripped up and falling apart by the time it got here but to cuisinartoutlets.coms defense- the box was EXTREMELY heavy and awkward to pick up and I believe there is only one delivery person per truck - so good job guy/girl! Once open not a single thing was damaged. Every thing arrived beautifully considering the outside packaging. Easy set up - it took about an hour to fully set up and place. We immediately cleaned & seasoned the grill with dawn soap and the Conditioner that arrived in the packaging. Definitely understand now why it’s called black stone. When seasoning, the griddle & grill the plates will go from a beautiful gold to a jet black! Finished off the seasoning with some onions and bacon then, cooked us some delicious fajitas for lunch! I absolutely love this baby!! The functionality is impeccable to most. The heat distribution is rough around the edges (literally, the edges did not turn black especially the right side) but for the most part the heat covers most of the plate. The quality is definitely worth the price. This will be cooked on Almost daily!!

My absolute favorite pan I have ordered it and every single size!! it does not come with a lid, but it is super comfortable. The skillet quality is absolutely amazing. The taste of the food comes out crispy. It works well and I have not seen it. Rust.

There are things i really like about this unit.... charcoal water filter is nice for those of us on tap water (makes a difference). It looks nice and it brews well. BUT... it struggles to make a full pot without screwing up, unless you prefer weak diner-style coffee. The basket is either (a) not big enough, (b) poorly designed, or (c) both. For a 12 cup pot, ive had complete overflows (like, put onto the counter) at least 3 times and have had grounds in the pot at least a dozen times. Water delivery is too fast which makes grounds overflow the "lid" of the basket (made that way because of the grinder aspect) if there is an appropriate amount of coffee (1 scoop per cup). Additionally, the grinder works ok, but is difficult to clean. In fact, that is the central bullet point here---- this thing is MESSY to use. Lastly, the safety switch will not allow the maker to operate unless the grinder is in inplace, whether its being used or not. This design keeps the grinder bucket sopping wet at all times, requiring it be removed, cleaned, and DRIED *EVERY TIME* before it can be used. A real pain. TBH, for the price of this thing, I would definitely get something else... heck, maybe 6 or 7 something elses, since this one costs 6 or 7 times what a cheap manual pot does, and the coffee isnt any better. Ymmv i guess.

The nonstick surface on these pans works very well. I accidentally burned some meat and mushrooms in one, and the mess slid right out, which made the cleanup process incredibly simple; though I was using plenty of oil. I do recommend using a good amount of oil, even on non-stick. The removable handle system is the main draw. It is quite useful for moving a pan from the stovetop directly into the oven to finish cooking a meal. The ability to nest the pots and pans for storage is also a huge space saver, both on the shelves and in the dishwasher, and the included felt spacers are nice to prevent scratches when they are stacked. On the other hand, the lids are a definite weak point. They fit very loosely, and on one of the smaller pots, the lid barely sits on top correctly, which lets a lot of steam escape. After a few cycles through the dishwasher, I have also noticed the color on the bottom of the pans is starting to wear off and the lids are getting sticky. While the set comes with a lot of accessories, the overall quality makes the hundred dollar list price seem a bit high. At that price, I would likely look for a more robust set.

Arrived with the backing inside pulling away from the case. Tools won't stay in place. Poorly made. Cheap materials that won't last. Returning.

I am big fan of Cuisinart products. This is my second purchase for Cuisinart crepe pan. The thickness and size is perfect for crepes. What i loved about this pan is that its not flimsy or thin. Its super heavy duty stuff, yet easy on hands. The handle is made of solid stainless steel which stay cool on the stovetop. I have been using this forever, and never had any issues with handle getting loose. Since there is no plastic part, the pan is over safe too. The first one i bought, i made mistake of using steel utensils on it. I would recommend using wooden or silicon utensils on it, if you want to keep it in good health. There are many pics available for this pan on internet. So, adding pics for reference. Hope it will help. You can not go wrong with this pan. Highly recommended!! **If you found this review at all helpful, please take a minute to let me know by clicking the button saying this review was helpful to you. To those who claim that the product should be flat rather than hollow, it's important to clarify that you're mistaken. You can easily flatten it with any solid object! Those leaving one-star reviews because it arrived hollow clearly lack understanding. Unfortunately, the creators of this product have chosen to cater to those unfamiliar with what a Smashburger is by altering it from its original hollow design to a flat one. The marketing accurately depicts it as a hollow product, which is essential for retaining the juices in a Smashburger. The inventor patented the hollow design for this very reason, ensuring optimal cooking results. It's frustrating that many one-star reviews stem from a misunderstanding of how Smashburgers work. With Cuisinart's decision to change the product from its proper hollow form to a flat version, I find myself in a cycle of returning and repurchasing until I receive the correct hollow design. This change impacts Cuisinart more than anyone else. It’s misleading to showcase one product in your marketing while delivering another. Perhaps they should create a separate product for those who don’t understand Smashburgers and keep the original for those who do. FYI, YouTube Tom Ryan Smashburger FOR THE FACTS

Better results second time.

I’m a first time bread maker. I followed the instructions for French bread, and my first loaf was a disaster that I had to rescue not because of the machine because of my lack of knowledge about bread making and the importance of the balance of water to flour. For this review, I should have a picture of what it looked like. It was kind of wet and gooey and intuitively. I knew that’s not the way it should look. The manual said to remove the paddle by removing the dough when the machine beeps 10 times so that’s when I looked at my dough and saw that it was probably not the way it should be. I went ahead and tried to remove it anyway and ended up with gooey paste everywhere but there was still enough left in the machine to let it cook, and it was edible. I like rustic. My second attempt I had done some research and made sure to check the dough and sure enough it was wet again, even though I bought a scale and weighed the ingredients which I thought was the problem, but it was wet again so I added enough flour to bring it up to where it wouldn’t stick to my finger. Unfortunately, this was during the rise phase, but I figured it was better to just go ahead and add the flour. The loaf came out much better, but had large holes because the dough was still a little wet. I also made cornbread using the cake function and a recipe for a bread machine cookbook. It turned out very nice and very tasty. The main thing about this bread machine is that I can throw the ingredients in turn it on and have bread in a few hours not much to clean up Making the cornbread was easier again throw the ingredients in the machine does the work mixes the ingredients and bakes it the machine is compact and easy to pull off the shelf when I want to use it Easy to clean I started off with a 1 pound loaf of French bread and I’m eating it so fast. I’ll probably need to make a 2 pound loaf. But it was great I realized I’m out of bread. I gotta make some so I threw the ingredients into the Cuisinart and had bread for dinner. The picture shows my pastrami sandwich and cornbread with some salad.

UPDATE: I'm changing this to 4 stars (up from my prior 1 star review) because cuisinartoutlets.com replaced the defective pan with one in perfect condition. This is actually a great pan that cooks really well. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for having to deal with returning a defective product. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was initially impressed by how nice this pan looked, and was pleased with my purchase. However, that feeling changed upon closer examination. I soon discovered that the helper handle was not made correctly. This prevents it from fitting flush to the pan where the two are riveted together. This creates a gap instead of a nice tight-fitting connection. Will this cause the handle to fall off someday? Will food collect in the gap and be hard to clean? Who knows... but I am concerned, and disappointed in Cuisinart. This kind of goof should not happen. Please pay more attention to your quality control, Cuisinart! (Yes, it's made in China....)

This is a great toaster. The buttons stay lit after using until the toaster cools down. You have to push down on the lever twice when you want to toast. I think that is a safety feature.
