I purchased this can opener 6 Months ago. The magnet came out and now can opener does not work. I reached out to company and they are sending me a new part to replace the one that fell apart.

I like the shape and the color. It looks pretty on my stove. The cap stays open by itself until you put it back down, so you don’t need to hold it open when pouring. This makes it less likely to burn me.

We bought a used one and right off the bat found out why it was returned....the cart part was improperly assembled. The bar that is supposed to be UNDER the legs when it is standing up, to support the legs and grill, is ON TOP of it, limiting how open the cart can open and BBQ won't fit on top. I have attached photos. And it appears someone tried to do what we are trying to do: take it off and turn it around, and has managed to strip the hex bolt one one side. But we have succeeded in turning it around....hopefully that's the only thing we find wrong with it. Going to cure it and try it out with dinner tonight. Well, there's a bolt that the cart hooks to when folded down that bent the first time it folded down....going to have to replace that, too, as there is a hook that hooks to it that keeps the cart folded down so you can wheel it around. Over an hour for an experienced handyman to assemble....but it can be done. However Cuisinart's quality control needs to be smacked up beside the head for letting this out without making sure it was assembled properly. Curing the cast iron grate now, then will try it out this weekend camping...I can't wait an hour or more to eat to night, so into the oven supper goes. PS anyone know what this little thing is for? We can't figure it out at all...doesn't reach anything, just hangs there...(picture #3)

The scraper and the handle on this brush are great but the bristles are useless. When trying to brush an Ooni stone between pizzas the bristles catch on fire and leave you with singed sadness.

Really liked the looks of this. Got them 6 days ago. Used them about 3 times. This morning I fixed breakfast and then browned some sausage for pizza and the handle fell off one of the spatulas. The recycling truck already took the box away so I can't return them. I would have thought they would have lasted a week.

It’s discolored after only two times used on medium heat!!! I should have read reviews before making a purchase. :( I don’t mind paying $$$ for a good quality cookware set, but this one is not worth to spend at all.

I use this pan primarily for making omelettes. It is a lightweight thin pan, so it heats up very quickly. Consequently, you can only use low or low-medium heat to cook, otherwise the food will stick no matter how much oil or butter you add. Keeping that in mind, I have no problem making omelettes. I just add about half a teaspoon of butter, use a brush to spread the butter evenly and then once I feel slight warmth when I hover my palm over the pan, I add the egg white and yolk and let it cook on medium-low heat (take a look at the picture to get an idea of the gas flame). The omelette comes off the pan easily. Other than heating up quickly and no being able to cook fast at high heat, this is a great started stainless steel pan.

This is not shaved ice, but I still like it a lot. I bought this for my son's 11th birthday last month. I had rented one 2 yrs ago for his party and decided to just by one for the same price as renting one this year. This model is stylish, easy to use, easy to clean, and I love the fold down holders. We have used it at least 2-3 times a week since purchasing. Side tips, make your own syrup, 1 packet of Kool-Aid, 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. Bring to boil, cool, then pour into plastic squeezable condiment bottle from dollar tree, they come 2 to a pack. They also have cute ice cream bowls that work great for snow cones! Last tip, the longer the ice sits in the container the better it holds its shape.

In less than 2 years the hood of grill side is almost completely rusted. I cook on low so I expect it could be even worse. I have kept it covered when not in use with a Blackstone cover. I contacted the company and they would not do anything, was just asking for a replacement (hopefully better quality) hood. My Weber is 10 years old and looks like the day I bought it so it is very poor quality (at least the grill portion).

I bought this BBQ almost 3 years ago. I was looking for a little grill I can take camping with me but it works so well, I use it out on the back deck too! It's a pretty high grade of stainless, I live in a corrosive environment and it has very little corrosion after sitting outside for over 2 years. The grill is made from thick gauge stainless and will last forever. I just took it apart to clean and all of the screws came right out and the enclosure is in great shape! I washed it all down and cleaned the gas tubes and after putting it all back together, it fired right up. I'm very impressed with the quality It runs hot, you may have to prop to the lid open for longer roasting items, but it's perfect for burgers and steaks. You can also use a frying pan or pot on it if you remove the dripping shield. The drip tray is convenient as long as you keep up with it and clean it every few uses. I totally recommend this little guy.

The fridge is nice but I didn’t see in the description that it comes with dents on the side.

This iron is FANTASTIC!! It is light and has a temp control dial which can turn it off. The window is easy to see how much water and boy does it do its job. It is so elegant. I am in love. I have bought 8 irons now and this is the winner. No leaking and easy to use. The plate and construction is quality. I am so happy I took a chance and purchased this. It took a couple minutes to steam out my work shirt. And the iron is just what I needed. I totally recommend.

I really love using this roasting pan to cook lots of things besides lasagna. Everything was fine, no warping at all like others have complained but I started noticing black stains/tarnish that will not come out. I have tried everything and no luck :( so bummed about that.

Purchased end of July 2023. After 2-1/2 months of almost everyday usage, we're pleased with this "all-in-one-coffee-machine" despite of some poorly engineered designs. See photo provided. You will have this experience. We had a regular cuisinart coffee maker we purchased in 2017. We had the same problem with this condensation. We got rid of that coffee machine and replaced it with Moccamaster. Unfortunately, Moccamaster finally met it's demise early 2023. We wanted to replace it with a coffee machine that can make brew regular coffee, espresso and K-cups. We were also looking at one of Ninja's model, however, we took a chance with this so-called high-end cuisinart coffee machine even though we were worried about the condensation problem we had with our previous cuisinart coffee maker. Cuisinart definitely need to re-engineer their coffee maker. They should start with making it easier to fill the water reservoir without spilling water everywhere. They also need to figure out how minimize the condensation problem. The Moccamaster we had never had problems with condensation. It was also easy to fill water in the reservoir. Despite of Cuisinart's shortcomings, we still recommend this coffee machine.
