The cuisinartoutlets.com box is fine. The Cuisinart box is damaged. If something’s a little wacky with the lifespan of this can opener, the evidence is in the photos.

If I could give these pots a zero, I would. I'm very disappointed with this purchase. I chose these pots based on the reviews and because they were from a prestigious brand like Cuisinart. They were a disaster. I followed all the instructions on how to use and clean them (I'm no novice in the kitchen; I've been cooking for over 30 years), and what you see in the photos is the result after the first use. DO NOT BUY THESE POTS. Cheaper pots are better than these.

After one use, one wash by hand this is what this pan looks like! This is unexceptable. They looks nice, but clearly poor quality!

This is a beautiful set of cookware but we are so disappointed that we paid so much money for this set. The piece of cookware has been used exactly 2 times and the food stuck to the bottom of the pot even though we were watching it and stirring at regular intervals. Food also stuck to the frying pan which was also disappointing. After washing, you can see that the pot looks stained or something on the inside and the outside has what looks like some rust although it is stainless, it shouldn't be rust. We ordered another set, different finish because we are not happy with this set. We bought another set of Cuisinart NON STICK cookware which is much better but cost less than this set.

I looked at several portable gas grills before pushing the Buy button on this one. It has almost everything I want in a portable grill, and some features that were nice surprises. Pros: A cast iron grill surface that holds heat and heats evenly, a big advantage over thin stainless steel grill tops. Four sturdy legs that keep the base off the ground or your table. A piezo igniter so you don't need a lighter. An integrated carry case that stores a mini propane tank. A big friendly control dial. A circular burner that puts out plenty of heat and heats the grill fast. An easy to remove grease tray. A smooth, easy to clean surface under the burner. And that wooden cutting board is fantastic to have. Cons: No lid included. It's quite heavy (this can also be a good thing because it doesn't tip easily). At the high setting, it goes through a 1-lb. propane tank pretty quickly, in under 30 minutes by my estimate. So, it's not for backpacking, or slow cooking. I have an old wok lid to use as a cover. I can set it up on a rainy or snowy day, heat the grill in 5 minutes, and throw on a steak, burgers or chicken for 2 to 4 people. Cleanup is a breeze. Don't think twice, just get this!

If you have a cracked glass cooktop this is not your savior. Maybe it may help keep cracks from spreading. I don’t know. It’s like a black crazy glue but doesn’t fill gaps like you would hope

If a toaster can be elegant, this one is. It's sleek and simple and doesn't crowd the counter. I especially like the way the controls look when they're lit up. While the visuals are very simple, the toaster still has all the functions you need: Defrost, bagel, seven settings, and a bar that lets you lift the bread to check whether it's ready. The lift is high enough to let you remove the bread if you want to stop the process, but if you want to continue toasting, just push the bar back down. This product also works well for both toast and bagels. I don't understand reviews that complain that the bread isn't toasted evenly enough, or that both sides don't match. It's just a piece of toast, not a gourmet side dish. This appliance gets most of the slice toasted on both sides. It toasts according the the setting you choose and the final product is crunchy. That's all I need. Finally, I really like Cuisinart products. I've used them before. They usually include a three-year warranty and have done so here. However, their products last forever. I had a Cuisinart food processor that lasted 10 years. I highly recommend this toaster.

BEST stainless pans I have ever used. I had the OG cuisinart stainless set in my home as a kid and they are still just as good as I remember. My only real nitpick about this set is that I wish the smaller of the two frying pans were non-stick and had the 12-in be the only stainless. However, the fact that I can purchase these pans separately and add pieces of the same line is a huge plus. I will definitely be adding more. The only thing you need to know if you are considering purchasing this set, if you have never used stainless before, is when cooking with stainless you don't need super high heat. Low to medium Heat is perfect and allow your pans time to adequately eat up. You will need to use a good amount of oil in the beginning to make sure your dish comes out properly but as you get used to it you will be able to use less. This set is a 10 out of 10 in my book. If you are on the fence just go for it!

It is the little one in the picture. I didn't realize it was going to be so small.

Cuisinart is a name you can trust. Around 10+ years ago, I owned the original Cuisinart Griddler with three dials - one for griddle temperature, one for selecting one or two surfaces, and one for the grill Panini. I have to say, it was very confusing, but I used it all the time for cooking breakfast or meat. Somewhere along the way, and with limited space on my countertop, I stopped using it. When the opportunity arose to test the compact version of the Cuisinart Griddler, I jumped in. What I like about the compact Griddler is that it's very simple and compact. You just need to adjust the temperature and put the meat on the grill. It is also much lighter than the original one. Being smaller and lighter means you can put it in your pantry and use it when you need to. With a heavy-duty, large griddle, it's a different story. For quick grilling and breakfast, this is the best choice. Just make sure the Griddler is preheated before you put the food on. The drip tray is very well designed and works. I can highly recommend it to anybody.

I’m answering my own question that neither the Amz Bot 🤖 could answer, nor was mentioned in any of the reviews I read: Yes, it is Induction Ready! This is why I wanted this large pan, but I am thrilled about the quality stainless steel steamer/stainer. I just tested pan, lid, & steamer with the “boil a mug* of water” test to be sure it will work on my induction hob I use car camping & traveling. While 4.5qt pot is bigger than I preferred (wanted a 2.5 or 3qt pan), I can make this work because it isn’t too heavy & the pan is balanced when I lifted it off of induction burner shown. And it was on sale. Rating: 4 stars for now based on what is mentioned above about performance during today’s out of box testing. I’m traveling now & will continue to use to cook our meals on the way back home. *Mug in pictures is standard USA coffee mug size & to show size comparison.

I am happy i purchased this unit. There were no reviews but I took a chance because of mixed reviews with other similar units. It makes great coffee. I love the gold filter because of convenience and full coffee flavor but you can also use a paper filter if you want. The controls are so easy. I was able to set the time, timer, finish chime, hot plate temp, and hot plate timer all with the center knob without the instructions. The display is larger than other Cuisinart units and the blacklight is not too bright. You can adjust the hotplate from L, M, H to control how hot your coffee is when you pour out. There is also an ice coffee feature that shuts off the hotplate when you brew so you can add over ice or add ice to the carafe and brew into the ice. This is a full 14 cup unit but the carafe seems to be of normal size. One design issue which at first seemed annoying, is the lid to the carafe does not hinge open. It snaps in place and is solid. I thought at first this was going to be frustrating when filling the carafe with fresh water. All other units I have owned were hinged, but after 2 weeks, It doesn't seem to be a problem anymore. There is enough room at the spout to fill the carafe and just remove it to clean the carafe. The unit looks nice and the buttons are marked with their purpose. Also the front is not cluttered with controls. It is very simple and attractive. One nice feature I noticed is when you are in process of brewing, the brew light dims and brightens off and on slowly as a visual indication of brewing and completed status. Also the display shifts from current time to hotplate countdown and if you desire a little more time to keep the coffee hot there is a +30 button to add 30 minutes to the hotplate timer. I have settled in nicely with this unit and it has become a welcome addition to our home. UPDATE: 2 months later and I still like this machine. I have had no issues and I am happy with my purchase.

Most heavy duty baking pan I’ve bought but as soon as it heats up you sometimes hear a metallic noise. That noise is the pan twisting and warping quite bad. Check the picture, one whole side of the pan is elevated off the oven grate. Later when it cools this warping reverts. If not for the warping I would give it 4/5 or 5/5 because the pan also stains quickly.

***Very Important Update for people who spend time reading reviews before bying**** Here is the update to the initial review in quotes below. I made coffee yesterday to put in my $12 MossyO*** travel mug from W.M. to go help a friend build a playground in temperatures that were below freezing for the first 3 hours of the build. Guess what? The coffee stayed hot! This had me really perplexed. This morning I made a coffee pot. I filled up my wife's mug for her to go to work, but waited on my coffee until I got home from dropping her and my daughter off at school. Less than 45 min later my coffee was on the cold side. I thought, I am going to call Cuisinart, surely they will stand behind a product that was almost $200. I got on the phone with the lady at customer support who informed me that they would replace the carafe but I would need to pay to have it shipped. I said I could mark the machine as defective and cuisinartoutlets.com will take it back for free. She said that I would also have to put $10 In the box for return shipping. I said, I just spent hours/days researching and chose their product over the others. Now you are asking me to add $20 to the price because the product is defective? I asked to speak to a supervisor and her immediate response was, "I can but they are probably going to say the same thing." Really? Even if, who says that? After holding, she came back and asked if I had turned off the auto off function. I said, "Miss, this machine doesn't have an auto off function. As I told you, it has the stainless steel carafe." She then began to tell me about how the auto off function works. I then proceeded to educate her on her product and repeated my concern. After another hold, she came back and asked if the water I put into the machine was hot or cold. At this point I was floored! Once again I repeated to her the problem and informed her again that her company paid aot of money to confirm that their machine is certified to consistently make a hot cup off coffee. I repeated that the coffee stays hot when immediately poured into a travel mug so the temp of water going in is irrelevant. I asked again to talk to a supervisor. To save the details of repeating all the above. The supervisor said that the carafe is only designed to keep the coffee hot for 45min! Wow! I said, "I know you did not personally make this machine, but I am absolutely floored that this company would go through the trouble of making a name for themselves in the luxury coffee world and not make their stainless carafe hold heat like the average coffee mug. She also confirmed that I would need to pay shipping. I told her that she would get the product back, just through cuisinartoutlets.com as they back their customers. I also told her that this machine would probably be the best on the market without this skimp on quality." She said the conversation was recorded and that she would pass it over to quality control. I said, "Please do." I hope you read this first if you plan on having your coffee stay hot in the pot, otherwise, simply get a single serve. If you drink it quick, it may work for you, BUT DON'T COUNT ON THIS COMPANY THROWING YOU A BONE AND BACKING THEIR PRODUCT IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG. Unless you Don't mind paying an even higher price. From three to 1 ONE STAR. I did not put one star at the top as many, like me, count many of those off and don't read them. My initial review below. "I did a LOT of research and landed on this BEAUTIFUL, CERTIFIED, WONDERFUL COFFEE making machine and then .... The only negative that I really saw, but did not give a second thought. THE CARAFE! Why go through the trouble of making such a beautiful machine, pay the fee and have It go through the rigorous testing for certification and then not isolate it to keep the coffee warm for an extended period of time? You even went through the appreciated trouble to put a flap in the lid to close when the carafe is not tilted, but skimped on isolating the stainless properly? We live in a day and age where 8 hour stainless mugs and thermoses are a plenty, yet I knew when the water first went in during the initial flush that the carafe was not insulated well because I could instantly feel the heat through the side. My average stainless thermal mug doesn't even do this. Why the three stars when most people, including myself, will drink their coffee in the first 30 minutes? Here we are January 3rd and the holiday guest have gone home. I was so proud to have such a machine so that everyone who came over could enjoy a great cup of coffee when they woke up, so I would wake up an hour early and put on a pot (I am fully aware that I could set the timer and it works great, but I prefer to not have the grounds sit over night) only to have the guest who woke up less than an hour later put their cup in the microwave. Well.... If the carafe were sealed like my inexpensive stainless travel mug, that would not have happened. Even as I wrote this review, the coffee was being made and by the time I finished, under an hour later, the coffee is NOT hot. Am I VERY pleased with everything else about this machine? You bet! And I hope to have it for years to come. I will just have to settle with the fact that from time-to-time my guest will have to zap fry their wonderf certified cup of coffee. Three stars just because I feel that this could have gone down in history as one of the greatest machines without the oversight or cutting corners on the carafe. I own an average department store travel mug that keeps my coffee hotter for several hours more than this carafe does for less than an hour."
