I really like that this microwave lid collapses for storage, however, I have found that it is pretty difficult to pop all the way out to use in the microwave. It seems to want to stop popping before the last ridge is expanded. My husband found that it works best if he pops it open by hitting it on the top of his head! He holds it on both sides and brings it down on the top of his head. I don't like the idea of his hair germs attaching to the inside of the lid, though! The lid does collapse nicely and it is really nice being able to slide it in between my upright cookie sheet holders in my cupboard for storage. It takes up little space that way. The lid works well in the microwave once you have it popped out all the way. It is nice and big so it will cover a full plate of food with no problem. I purchased the large size so it would go all the way around our dinner plates and it works well for that. I just wish it wasn't so difficult to pop out fully!

This is the cutest addition to my kitchen! It is from a family business and they do not skip any steps in making a quality product. It is sturdy and a perfect size.

I have several cutting boards but none of them have a groove in them to collect the juice of whatever I'm cutting, be it a pineapple or a standing rib roast. I've been putting trays underneath, and that's not exactly safe for cutting. If the tray slides so does the rest of it! I've been wanting a new one for this reason, a good sturdy wood one with a groove to collect juice for less mess. It's bamboo, which is strong and a renewable resource much more sustainable than regular wood. This Cuisinart cutting board not only exceeds expectations, the slide out tray INSIDE makes it more awesome than I could have imagined. Seriously. When I first saw the tray I didn't think much of the handiness of it, thinking it was just an add-on to set it apart from other cutting boards, because there's a lot out there... Until I used it. Holy cow, is it really a neat feature to have. You can scrape the scraps on to the tray with one quick swipe of the knife and dispose of them in the trash or composter, then use it to collect your prepped food ready for the pan or prep bowl. It's a time saver! It's a good trusted name brand that many knockoff brands aspire to copy, it's a value and good price for no-name brand so for Cusinart, you can't miss. While I'm gushing how much I love this thing for being such a time saver and keeping my countertops from getting covered in pineapple juice, there is one feature I wish it had. I get why it doesn't because it's clean and simple, less places for muck to get stuck. I totally get it. All the surfaces are visible and easy to clean, but I wish the board had some sort of stopper or nub on one end underneath where the tray slides to keep it in place better when putting it away. It freely slides out of each side, which is good for either left or right handed people to use on the countertop, but carrying it I'm afraid the tray will slide out and get bent on the tile floor. But that's probably just me.

I had to change my review. Do not buy this item unless you can get a full warranty with it. After 3 months they literally broke apart in pieces the rivet that held the two blades together broke, the spring came out and now it is worthless or useless. And I've only had it for 3 months. Normally I love Cuisinart and all its products but I'm so disappointed in this one. Look at the pictures you'll see why

As long as you follow the instructions, the product works great and you get very good soft-serve ice cream, ready to eat. See image and video taken at 1min before cycle is complete. Notice how it holds its form. Very creamy and ready to eat. I recommend the product. Bowl: Liquid between the walls must be frozen solid, no slushing sound or motion. Place bowl in the bottom of freezer (upright), may take 3 to 5 days to freeze depending on your freezer. The closer temp is to 0°C the faster it will freeze. My box freezer gets it done in 2 days (even with a whole bunch of other stuff in it). Sound: Starts of at bet 50db to 60db; towards the last 5 minutes increases to 70db to 80db (with cover and lid closed). Not silent, but worth the outcome. Adding Solids: Soft fruit bits should be okay. I used candied fruit bits (tutti-fruity) and it struggled a bit. Add solids cold and at the end of cycle. Also, keep liquid ice-cream mix in fridge overnight before use. Blade: This is where it loses a star. The blade is plastic and i am not sure it will survive frequent usage. The blade's two connections to the upper ring are .5" wide and a few mm thick. Easy to clean. Hand wash only. Capacity: 1 quart liquid mix gives 1.5 quart ice-cream. Starts to touch the lid when ready. Will try to get it to 2 quarts in next try and update.

Received the toaster today and put it to work right away. I like my toast to be really toasted so I put some of Panera's thick-cut classic sourdough in the toaster at the #3 darkness setting. It burned but only on one side. The other side was extremely light. Next I tried the #2 setting in the other slot and got the same result as the previous test with only a tiny bit of burning around the edges. Finally I tried the #1 setting. That worked fine. The toast looked nice 'n brown like I want it -- but I had to put it down a second time, turning the bread around so I could toast the other side. That made the first side a little burned around the edges. Still, it tasted good. I didn't let the #1 toasting time go all the way to pop up either time. Just trying to keep it from burning. Now an explanation for why I posted two pictures. One shows tthe toaster looks from a distance (I'd give it a good grade for that), while the other photo shows how it looks when you are close to it. Notice the cord. It is very stiff. I want it to go straight down from the plug so I don't have a streak of white across my wall. I was able to get some of the kinks out farther down the cord but not as much as I hoped. The toaster replaces a toaster oven that looked terrible beside my new breadbox (that orange thing in the pictures) because it is stainless. It had its own issues when it came to making toast. In fact I've never had a toaster or toaster oven that didn't have its own peculiar way of doing its job. Just one toaster made perfectly browned toast on both sides, but when it popped up it threw the toast on the floor. I'll stick with this new toaster instead of trying to find something better. I've given up all hope of ever finding a 5-star toaster.

I've used metal cleaner, stainless cleaner, silver cleaner - every kind of cleaner and the trays are still filthy. I got a new tray ($30) and it was dirty within a week, even though I put tin foil over it. I don't know what these trays are made of, but it's some ferrous metal and those are pretty much industrial strength solutions. And they are costly. The photo was taken just now, after a vigorous attempt to clean it.

I have severe psoariatic arthritis in my hands. I was finding it hard to lift my insulated steel coffee pot due to weight. I was debating whether to spend the money on this. I found one on cuisinartoutlets.com Resale that was around $58. I was so happy! It said "like new", "only box damage". I thought this is great. When it arrived, no visible box damage. The coffeemaker sent to me was filthy with dirt, scratched, and had burnt on coffee, both in the brewing chamber, and caked around the heating element where coffee isn't supposed to be. It didn't have the paper or permanent filters as described. There was no manual either. I downloaded that myself. It took me 3 days to thoroughly clean it. That said, it's working for now and I enjoy the hot coffee on demand. Not having to pick up the pot anymore is a plus. It brews faster than my old one did. The coffee tastes great. I really like Cuisinart products. I have a single serve Cuisinart also. I hope it holds up. I never purchased from cuisinartoutlets.com Resale before, so I guess buyer beware.

I needed a small grill to replace a similarly-sized and priced model from wally world. It's more than big enough for two big ribeyes, and you don't waste a ton of charcoal using it. How does it compare to my older one? The lid snaps on and comes completely off - no precarious balancing act with a lid on a hinge. It has a bottom vent and an ash catcher, which is far better than side vents for keeping the coals hot. The (thicker and more solid) grill fits perfectly in an indentation - not haphazardly on some wingnuts. It also feels a lot more solid - not Weber solid, but you're not paying for a Weber. The only advantage the cheapo from wally world has is folding legs - which is only important if you need it to travel a few inches shorter. Since I just use mine for quick backyard grilling, that isn't an issue. This is a great personal/backup grill for the price.

I needed to replace my cuisinart lid and have to say I am disappointed. The white plastic piece that is supposed to engage the work bowl in order for it to run does not. It’s too flimsy. I ended up putting something in just big enough to push it down. It could just be that this plastic piece on the lid I got was defective but beware

This Coffee Maker has completely upgraded my morning routine! I love the versatility of brewing both coffee and tea in one sleek machine and it comes in black stainless which matches all my other appliances! The brewing capacity is perfect—whether I’m making a single cup or a full carafe, it handles it all with ease. The coffee quality is impressive, especially with the low, medium, and high temperature settings. I can adjust it depending on the roast or tea type, and every cup comes out just right. The programmable timer is a total game-changer—I just set it the night before and wake up to a hot, fresh brew. The auto shut-off gives me peace of mind, and it’s super easy to clean, which is a must for my busy mornings. If you’re looking for a reliable, multi-function brewer that does it all and looks great on the counter, this one’s worth every penny!

I have tested out baking, air frying, toasting, dehydration on this unit. What I can say is the dehydration worked great. The toasting, baking and air frying if you do their default settings will come out dark to a little over done. Doesn’t matter if it is on top or bottom shelf while cooking… I am slowly learning the temp and times to get this the way we like it. While cooking steam comes out in the left side of the door. I can see where people complain about knob, is plastic and feels cheap. Over all I am enjoying it, but question if it is either cooking/toasting/ air frying at a higher temperature causing the darkness or if it is just the time them default to, but I have use less time and still get darkness, more well done… I will run more tests and see what happens. So kept wondering while food is darker. Well did a bake temperature test at ready, 5 minutes in and 10 minutes in. See photos, it runs hotter then set temperature. So, you will have to decided temperature setting or time setting for whatever you are cooking. Toast, I leave the default except the shade, I go down one shade. So 3-4 slices at shade 3. Good luck.

I bought this set 3 and a half years ago. They were great for a short while. About a year ago (2.5yrs in use) the knife blades started breaking through the white plastic handle. One caused a cut and I figured it was may own fault. But now since then nearly all of the smaller knife blades have broke through the plastic handles. Also mine did get some rust spots closer to the end of the blade by the handle, but not very much. They were good while they lasted... but they don't last.

You can do so much with this air fryer, I bake, grill, fry. You can even use it to just warm up food. I love it and I use it frequently ❤️
