My wife uses this every day. We like it except, like many people, ours would stop brewing seconds after hitting the brew button. See attached image. There is a float that rides inside that channel. When you clean it with vinegar, it does not clean the coffee tar. If that float gets stuck on the bottom, the device thinks the reservoir is empty and stops brewing, like it should. You have to clean that area. The top plate unscrews and the float lifts out for easy access. Must be a magnetic switch that reacts with the float. I will be trying Urnex cleaning tablets. cuisinartoutlets.com sells it. It claims to clean out coffee oil. We will see. 5/1/2021 The Urnex works well on the pot. 9/13. Change that to a fair job. The pot is very clean but the float got stuck a few weeks ago. I will try to clean it more often. 1/8/22. Float got stuck again. The pot is very clean. I have moved on to operation "SteamBlock". The steam passes from the brew chamber to the reservoir. It must be carrying the oil with it. I put in this wall to block it. It's not air tight. I'll see how it goes and put in some gasket or foam if needed. It does block most of the steam. If you use orange oil w/water and let it soak in the reservoir, it does a decent job of breaking down the tar. You still have to wipe it to clean it off. 10/13/2022 I think I'm done with this. Keeping the reservoir clean is too much trouble. Cuisinart can easily fix this by isolating the reservoir.

I purchased this product in September 2018, and it has been working perfectly ever since. I’m very satisfied with it. To my surprise, I recently noticed that this product is listed as a “Frequently Returned Item,” which I find puzzling. Perhaps I was just lucky, as mine has had no issues at all, and its quality and performance have remained excellent over the years. Compared to the non-stick pan I bought around the same time, which has long since worn out, this stainless steel product has stood the test of time. It’s not only durable but also easy to clean, delivering outstanding cooking results. It distributes heat evenly, and its surface is resistant to damage, making maintenance effortless. This purchase has made me fall in love with stainless steel cookware, and I’ve since replaced most of my kitchenware with stainless steel items. Overall, this is a truly trustworthy product. Whether in terms of durability or user experience, it far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable and long-lasting cookware! The wok in the picture has been with me for 6 years.

I needed a replacement for my old set that had started to rust. After reading through the reviews, I chose this set. I love that the knives are one piece and that there isn’t a seam to the handle where water could get in and rust. The knives work great also. I have not put them in the dishwasher and I won’t as instructed.

I was shocked at how spacious it is. I love it. It is perfect for our mini Office kitchen. Also, the seller was absolutely wonderful and customer service.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Was great while it lasted. Not sure what happened but the socket looks fried and the plug looks like it melted. Im scared to continue use.

Worst coffee brewer I’ve owned. When I use k cups it rips the top and the coffee grounds and water spill all over the place. See photo . I've read all the instructions and done as specified. We tried the coffee pot today with the gold basket and there were grounds in the coffee pot as well. Will not be buying a Cuisinart product again. Company sent me a new coffee pot. Very pleased with the replacement. Good customer service!

It warped on the first use.

  • Bought this pan in November and the bottom started pitting the next month. Now, not only the bottom is totally pitted but there are rust lines on the sides. We scrub these but they just seem to get worse! Don’t purchase this pan, it’s cheap junk that Cuisinart puts out.

Bought the oval 4pcs The cover was a little heavy but bec it is glass and s/s i loke the screw of the cover its not the typical screw Looks very elegant The bowl was very shiny and elegant looking Even the stand is better in person than on photos There's also free recipe and tea candles per box I am keeping the box and the protective cartons when i store it The only reason i am not giving a full star rating bec there was a stained area in one of the 4 items i ordered but the rest were clean and perfect

The PizzaQue was very easy to assemble and fit my 22" Weber kettle grill perfectly. It came with a curtain for the opening but, if used correctly you really won't need it...unless it is windy. After a few uses I really have it mastered. First off, 8" to 9" pizzas work best. Any bigger and you will be turning them a lot. I like making lots of 8" pizzas of different flavors. I recommend using lump charcoal as it burns hotter than briquettes. Follow the directions and make sure to preheat for a good half hour. Don't be afraid to remove the cover to add more charcoal to the top of the inner screen....just be quick. I add mesquite chuncks on top of that for more flames and flavor. Allow for the new coals to glow before cooking. I was able to maintain 750 to 800 degrees and cook 8" pizzas on 2 to 3 minutes....heavy toppings 4 to 5 minutes. Finally, use a little corn meal to keep the pizza loose on the peel or you will be swearing a lot! Don't get carried away or you will have too much burnt corn meal on your pizza. This was certainly a great purchase. It beats building a wood fired pizza dome or buying a dedicated wood fired pizza oven for $500 To $1000....unless you want to make pizzas every day.

I bought these for Father’s Day 2020 and they have already rusted despite being kept inside a screened-in porch. Very disappointed.

I'm in the process of replacing my pans with plastic and I have a wonderful old set of Reverware that they don't make anymore. But the handles are all plastic and while they will last a million years, I don't want any plastic in my kitchen. So I bought a set of stainless steel pans, but needed to supplement the smaller sizes, which I use more of. I bought one of the 1-quart and 1 of the 2-quart pans. This Cuisinart 2-quart pot is built to last. It's heavy, and will endure all my cooking nightmares. It's dishwasher safe, which is a must for me. It's 4 cups and has a very light measuring gauge inside which I can barely see, and am sure will rub off in time. The lid is not glass, but metal and is very sturdy as well. Completely happy with this purchase.

I bought this as a replacement for a pan I had for years but wasn't dishwasher safe. Purely out of habit and because it cleaned out so easily in the sink, I'd washed this one by hand from the day I got it. (It's also huge, so it would take up a lot of space in the DW.) Finally, about a week ago, I decided I'd to be lazy and put it in the dishwasher and it seemed to be okay. A few days later, I did it again and that's when I noticed the exterior didn't look quite as good as it had. It had gone from a dark, charcoal gray with a very smooth finish to light gray and the finish was coarse-feeling. The inside of the pan, however, still looks and cooks great and is no worse for the wear. When I look at the pan now, though, I'm really disappointed.
